Brian J. DiResta, Founder & Managing Partner of DiResta-Richman Group, is a 3rd generation builder with over 35 years of construction experience. Mr. DiResta attended Farleigh Dickinson University School of Construction Management and has worked his way up in the industry beginning as a card carrying mason tender and carpenter. As the former President of Koren-DiResta Construction Inc., nationally ranked by Engineering News Record as a top 400 Contractor (10 years running), and most recently DiResta Equities, Inc., Mr. DiResta has built and developed a wide-range of projects in the New York, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. areas. |
Notable projects include the JFK Air Traffic Control Tower at JFK International Airport and many other airline terminals, diplomatic facilities including the Kuwait Mission, Nigerian Mission, Indonesian Mission, Mexican Mission and other diplomatic facilities located at the United Nations in New York. Educational facilities for New York University, Fordham University, Columbia University, Teachers College, Pratt Institute, Friends Seminary and several large Public Schools in New York City, Hospital and Medical Facilities for Sloan Kettering Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, New York University Medical Center, Cornell Medical Center, St Vincent’s Hospital and New York School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Several other major projects include Hotels, Dormitories, Condominiums, Religious Facilities and numerous Corporate Headquarters including CBS Broadcast Center in Manhattan, General Electric Credit Headquarters in Stamford, CT and Newmont Mining Corp.
Additionally, Mr. DiResta has been involved in several associations including the General Building Contractors Association, Associated Building Contractors Association, Building Contractors Association, National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. |
